We have been using Two Line training for a number of years now. We have always found this training to be comprehensive and informative. Trainers take time out to keep themselves up to date with regulations and makes managers aware of any new changes. Trainers will tailor training to suit the needs of the home and is always just a phone call away. I have also often found that trainer will also go above and beyond the basic responsibility of a trainer at no cost to us and this has helped us significantly in keeping staff and relatives informed. Springkell House ensures all staff receive up-to-date training to ensure that we provide and maintain a high standard of care to residents and relatives.
Beritaz Care has contracted TwoLine training to provide all mandatory training to all the staff, from Fire training to Manual handling.
Two Line training has a good reputation for their staff Excellency and thorough knowledge in all subject areas. They work hand in hand with Springkell House to ensure quality training is provided and compliance is maintained.
TwoLine training is invited to conduct staff training which is timetabled throughout the year. All training sessions are conducted with excellent, relevant and in stimulating ways, ensuring that all staff retain information. This enables staff to put what they have learnt into practice. Staff at TwoLine training staff are highly skilled trainers, and their staff are fully interactive in the training session that they run which ensures everybody on the session is engaged and positive. I would thoroughly recommend Two Line Training.

Not only do you visit and train us, but I know that you are only on the end of a phone if we need advice and nothing I ask for is ever too much trouble for you.
I have had a great deal of training over the last 25 years and I can honestly say that the training you provide is second to none, you incorporate fun and vibrancy into these courses and this is very important to keep us all focused.
We can tell that this is a passion for you, not just a job and this comes through in bucket loads !
